A WOMAN OF THE NEW EARTH
BOGEMA BALI
29.06.2025 Г.
1. How would you introduce yourself to our readers — beyond all roles and titles?

In essence, I’m a woman who has walked through both beauty and breaking—through heartbreak, betrayal, and a health crisis that became a spiritual turning point. Those chapters didn’t define me, but they did initiate me.

I was born in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, and raised in a well-resourced home, surrounded by values and a deep sense of integrity.

My early years were shaped by strong principles—a foundation that would later teach me how to hold both reverence and resilience.

But life, in its mysterious wisdom, led me into intense inner depths at a young age.  And it was from that place that I began the quiet, sacred work of healing from the inside out. Over the years, I came to see that every wound carries a hidden teaching, and every unraveling can become a doorway to grace.
2. What was your life like before Bali, and what was the turning point that brought you here?

Before Bali, my life looked complete. I was married into a beautiful, traditional Greek Orthodox family who owned a large food manufacturing business—supplying European savoury pastries and sweets, distributed nationally to cafés, hotels, restaurants, and corporate clients.

For almost a decade, I worked by my husband’s side—overseeing operations on all levels and supporting his family’s business through a significant period of growth. I was fully devoted, both professionally and personally, all while raising our three children.

From the outside world, it may have appeared that we had it all—the big house, the nice cars, private schools, elegant balls, and glamorous fundraisers. It looked like a polished life. But inside, I was quietly unravelling.

Beneath the surface, I was a woman carrying deep emotional pain, and a body that had been pushed far beyond its limits. When the breaking finally came, it stripped away everything that wasn’t real...

It was that unravelling which became the doorway. I didn’t come to Bali to escape. I came because I was truly ready to heal...
3. Why Bali? What did you feel when you first arrived on the island?

My first trip to Bali was in 2009, on my honeymoon—and truthfully, I didn’t fall in love with it. We stayed in Seminyak, and while it was beautiful, it didn’t speak to my spirit. If someone had told me then that this island would one day become my home, I would’ve smiled politely and dismissed it completely.

But life has a way of weaving what logic cannot. Over the years, Bali kept drawing me back—through celebrations, weddings, and seemingly chance moments. Then after one of those visits, I booked a simple three-day detox in Ubud, thinking it was just for my body. But something deeper stirred. In the quiet, working with Balinese healers, my inner world blinked open—softly, unmistakably.

Due to a series of dental surgeries I was unable to eat properly, and therefore Bali called like a healing balm. I would fly in post-surgery—sore but expectant—and be taken straight to retreat in Ubud. My parents and in-laws helped with the children, and I entered a space of surrender and soul work. Layer by layer, the old began to fall away.

Then one day, I stumbled into a meditation at The Yoga Barn—an active consciousness journey—followed by a craniosacral therapy session with Adolph Brown. It was within those two sessions that something ancient reawakened.

My inner world, once dormant, exploded back into colour, light, and sacred geometry. The visions came alive. I saw the golden pyramids—the inner structures of divine intelligence—reactivating within me.

From that point onwards, there was no turning back… I no longer fit the mould I had so carefully shaped. I had become a stranger to the performance—and a seeker of the real. Bali wasn’t a decision. It was a return… This island didn’t just welcome me… It initiated me…
YOGA STUDIO

4. How did your yoga studio journey begin? Was it a spontaneous decision or a long-held dream?

To be honest, I never set out to open a yoga studio.

My original dream was to create a transformational retreat centre—a bridge for people who were burnt out, sick, or soul-weary, to come and truly heal through natural, gentle practices. This dream was born from my own healing journey.

I was a hyperactive kid who loved to dance—not someone you'd ever picture meditating or lying still. However, at age 13 my path took a very unexpected turn, when I was diagnosed with autoimmune disorder. By the age of 15 I almost couldn’t walk & Doctors told my parents that by the age of 21, I would be in a wheelchair for life.

But something inside me never accepted that fate!  I had a quiet, rebellious knowing… And I vowed to myself that, I will heal…   Even before I understood the complexities of how, I had already made a soul-level decision—I will heal, and I will show the world a new way.

This wasn’t just about physical recovery. Over time, I realised my healing was also emotional and energetic. I stabilised my health for over twenty years by learning to regulate my nervous system, clear my energy field, and practise forgiveness and unconditional love. This was long before YouTube or online wellness trends—I was guided by Spirit, old books, and chance meetings with people who had healed themselves. And this was the first time I felt a small seed of real hope...  And this was where and why The Heart Space was born.

5. What makes your yoga space unique? What practices and approaches do you offer?

Heart Space Bali is not a typical yoga studio. We are a nervous-system-aware, sound-based, deeply restorative sanctuary for inner healing. Everything we offer is designed to support emotional regulation, self-love, spiritual remembrance, and energetic reconnection.

Our core foundation is Yin and Restorative practices—because most people today don’t need more stimulation. They need space to soften, to reconnect, to feel safe and come home to themselves.

We blend our practices with the philosophy of yin yoga—accompanied by live sound healing, gentle breath, and subtle guidance—inviting the body into deep stillness and inner reflection.

Our intention is not to keep the mind active, but to soften it—gently guiding participants out of thinking and into deep surrender, where the autonomic nervous system can begin to reset and restore. It is in this state of conscious rest that true healing begins.
6. What transformations do you see in the women who attend your classes?

It is my philosophy—and the way I’ve trained our beautiful Indonesian teaching team—that even a single class can be life-changing.

Our intention is to gently guide a powerful softening in the women who attend our classes. As their nervous systems begin to unwind—like a gentle exhale of the soul—it’s as though peace is returning to the body, perhaps for the first time in years. Even if they experience just one second of that inner remembrance, I know that it will stay with them forever.

They may walk out the door and we never see them again—but that moment often opens something. It may lead them to the next person, the next space, or the next chapter of healing. It has the potential to unlock a pathway they didn’t know existed, and it becomes a seed that will grow—whether they are in Bali or back home in their own part of the world.

One of the most transformational moments usually arises during our self-love and gratitude activations, which we integrate into every class. When participants are in that deeply surrendered state, something sacred happens: they feel their inner self.

It’s not uncommon for waves of emotion to rise—tears, warmth, relief—as if the heart is finally remembering its own worth. This is the moment of healing. When love is no longer a concept, but a felt experience from within.

If you practise Yin Yoga consistently, you do become incredibly flexible—but the way we teach, the real focus is on the inner realms of transformation. The physical flexibility is just a bonus.
7. How do you see the role of yoga in today’s rapidly changing world?

In today’s rapidly changing world, Yin Yoga offers more than stillness—it offers a way back to ourselves. As people become increasingly overwhelmed and disconnected by the pace of modern life, Yin invites us to slow down, regulate our nervous system, and activate the inner technology that lives within every human being. This inner intelligence—often dormant—holds the key to resilience, clarity, and conscious living. In a time of global transition, Yin and Restoraive Yoga becomes a stabilising force, helping people ground, reconnect, and rise into deeper awareness with softness and presence.
HEALING CENTER

8. What inspired you to create a healing center? Was there a personal story or experience of healing behind it?

The Heart Space was born from my own healing journey, shaped by trial, error, deep surrender, and spiritual guidance. I never set out to open a yoga studio; I was simply following a calling to create the kind of space I needed when I was unwell.

What I learned is that to heal doesn’t mean to be perfect. Perfection is just a façade. Real healing comes from authenticity—learning to accept yourself exactly as you are, even in the messy, human moments.
There’s a lot of pressure in the wellness world to appear "pure" or "ascended"—vegan, spiritual, always calm—but behind closed doors, that’s often not the reality.

The Heart Space isn’t about that performance. It’s about realness...
As I often jokingly say… ‘My endeavour is to balance it out… I’m 80% angel… and 20% very, very human. However, If I may be honest, some days I can feel quite the opposite to that above statement. In honouring that, I have learned its okay to some days not be okay… it is a part of the journey. Some days I gently force myself to show up. Even with the little I may achieve, breath by breath, I just try my best and allow myself the space to rest, clear and recalibrate.

My deeper vision has always been to build a transformational retreat centre, but Heart Space is where we begun—cultivating trust, growing brand awareness, and creating a safe foundation where people can truly feel into themselves and remember who they are.
9. What modalities and methods are at the heart of your healing work? What are the most common reasons people come to your center?

We offer a unique combination of Yin and Restorative Yoga, sound healing, gentle breathwork, emotional restoration, along with restorative Cacao Ceremonies—all designed to support nervous system regulation and reconnection with the oneself.

Most of our clients find us through word of mouth, intuition, or curiosity. Some have never done yoga before. Others come simply because something about the space feels soft, safe, and different. Whether they’re healing from stress, burnout, emotional heaviness, or just seeking stillness, they’re met exactly where they are.

We also offer sessions with authentic Balinese healers, carefully chosen for their integrity, purity, and devotion to the healing path. These sessions are offered in a safe and respectful environment, where guests can access deep energetic clearing and restoration—guided by those I’ve personally worked with and trusted for many years.
10. What are some of the most powerful transformations you’ve witnessed in your guests?

Some of the most powerful transformations happen in the most tender moments—during our daily self-love activation, which we guide in every class.

It’s often the first time someone truly feels themselves. Not mentally, but viscerally. Many have never been taught to love themselves, let alone experience what that actually feels like in their body. When they finally do, it’s as if something ancient inside them unlocks. The tears come. The walls soften. And the awakening begins.

It’s not dramatic. It’s deeply real. A quiet remembrance that they are worthy of love—not for what they do, but simply for who they are. And that can only come from the inside of themselves. That is the moment that changes everything.
11. Is there a guiding philosophy or spiritual vision that your center is built around?

Our Studio is really built around the natural rhythms of the body. We draw on the philosophies of Yin and restorative yoga, sound healing, and nervous system repair—not to “do” something to people, but to guide them gently out of the noise of the mind and back into the softness of the heart.

Our approach isn’t about surface-level transformation or quick-fix wellness trends. We work gently with the nervous system, and the subconscious patterns that hold people in survival. Through slow, restorative practices, sound, stillness, and embodied remembrance, we help people access a state of inner safety—often for the first time in their lives.

This isn’t a place where a magic switch is flipped. Healing is a sacred unfolding journey. It requires the body to feel safe enough to soften, to release, to reconnect with the truth beneath the noise. And that truth is always love.

Our work is energetic, yes—but it’s also deeply human. It’s grounded in frequency, emotional repair, and spiritual alignment. For some, it’s a return to God. For others, it’s simply a homecoming to themselves.

It’s not dramatic. It’s not a big show. It’s actually very simple—like the way a baby relaxes when it feels safe and seen. That’s the kind of healing we believe in. Natural. Unforced. Quietly powerful.
RESTAURANT

12. Tell us the story behind your restaurant — was it born out of your spiritual path or simply a love of food?

Flourish Gluten-Free came together as a natural merging of my corporate background, my upbringing, and my personal healing journey.

I spent over a decade in the food industry in Australia, working alongside my former husband in his Greek family business—managing national orders, audits, and quality control. Together, we continued to build a strong national brand, and I developed a deep passion for food safety, business systems, and high-integrity production.

At the same time, I was raised by a very health-conscious mother and stepfather—almost too healthy in my opinion growing up! But their values around natural, unprocessed food stayed with me. When I later moved to Bali and began a mentorship with a kinesiologist and craniosacral therapist, I saw firsthand how many people carried pain in their bodies—and how often gluten, grains, or wheat were at the root of it.

I’d always had digestive issues myself, but when I cut out gluten-containing grains completely, everything changed. For the first time in my life, my digestive system began to work like clockwork, my system felt calm, and my energetic frequency lifted and raised. It wasn’t a trend—it was a full-body shift.

So when it came time to bring the business concept to life, it felt only natural to combine my corporate experience with my upbringing and lived transformation. That’s how Flourish was born.

We’re not just gluten-free in name—we are 100% gluten-free & celiac friendly, with zero wheat, barley, rye, oats, or other glutenous grains hidden in our ingredients. Everything we make is clean, safe, and beautiful. Our menu is vibrant, delicious, nourishing, and built for people who want to enjoy their food without fear.

There’s a deep spiritual foundation underneath it all: ‘FOOD IS FREQUENCY’…
Wholeness. Safety. Pleasure without punishment.
Because truly—there’s no reason to put wheat or anything gluten in anything. It’s just habitual and at Flourish, we’ve found a better way.
13. What is the mission or intention behind the space you’ve created?

The mission behind both The Heart Space and Flourish – Gluten Free, is to create spaces where people can gently come home to themselves—body, mind, and soul.

From my own personal experience in life, I believe the body is a highly intelligent being.
When given the right environment, it is designed—by nature and creation—to regenerate and heal.

At Heart Space, we gently guide people out of survival and back into their original state of inner stillness, peace, and wholeness.

At Flourish, we carry that same frequency through food—offering nourishment that feels vibrant, tastes amazing, and doesn’t trigger fear, inflammation, or confusion.

When safety is present on every level, the body begins to soften, realign, and awaken its own medicine. And from that space, true healing begins.
14. Are there any signature dishes with a deeper energy, story, or meaning?

From the very beginning, I wanted to create a menu that honours the body’s natural intelligence.

Not everybody thrives on the same diet. Not everyone can—or should—be vegan. Some people feel better with vegetarian proteins. Others feel grounded and nourished by wild-caught ocean fish or clean, organic chicken. So we offer it all—without judgment, without pressure, and without extremes.

Our eggs are free-range, hormone-free, and antibiotic-free—carefully chosen. Integrity and intention guide every decision. Of course, I have my favourites! I love both the Grecian and Mediterranean Omelettes—they’re clean, light, and filled with vibrant ingredients that energise.
We also created the same ingredient profile available in a Vegan style recipe. And I adore our Funky Monkey smoothie—it has raw cacao, and it’s 100% natural and pure.

I’m a big believer in pleasure and nourishment coexisting. And I encourage our guests to do the same—to trust their own body and tailor their meals accordingly. There is a saying ‘Listen to your body…
It is always, always speaking to you’...
15. How do you see the connection between nourishment and healing? Can food be a spiritual practice?

Absolutely. Nourishment and healing are deeply connected—and food can absolutely be a spiritual practice. Our bodies are always speaking to us, shifting through phases. Sometimes what the body needs is lightness—a cleaner, simpler way of eating that supports detoxification and release. And when the body feels clear, our frequency naturally rises. From that place, we become more aligned with higher levels of guidance, spiritual clarity, and creative insight.

Food isn’t just fuel—it carries vibration. What we put into our bodies affects not only our physical state, but also our emotional sensitivity and spiritual receptivity.

I’ve experienced this personally. As I aligned with more conscious, clean eating, my clarity expanded and my spiritual connection deepened.
It became less about discipline and more about alignment—because I simply liked the way it made me feel. It became natural. A new normal that felt good in my body.

But I also believe in balance. If we want to live this way sustainably, we need room for joy. There’s no purity in punishment. There’s no light in shame.

You cannot build a life of integrity by beating yourself up over a slice of cake or a glass of wine. We are spiritual beings in human bodies—and that body requires not only nourishment, but enjoyment. Authenticity. Realness.

Anyone who lives in extremes eventually becomes rigid. And when we become rigid, we start eating from fear and control instead of trust and alignment. Ironically, that very rigidity lowers your frequency and takes you back to where you began. True healing is found in presence, not performance. So yes, food can be sacred—but only when it flows from love, not fear.
PERSONAL PHILOSOPHY & LEADERSHIP

16. What does the term “Leader of the New Earth” mean to you?

To me, a leader of the new earth is someone who leads with love, integrity, and embodied truth—but also with strength, structure, and clear boundaries.

It’s not about control, but it’s also not about chaos.
Leadership, for me, is about holding vision with grace—and being willing to make the hard decisions when needed.

You can be soft, but you must also be strong.
Sometimes, people or patterns enter a space that go against the deeper philosophy of the business, or compromise the energy of the team. In those moments, unconditional love doesn’t mean tolerating everything. Sometimes you have to pull out the weeds—and the roots—so the garden can flourish.

It’s about discernment. Wisdom. Knowing when to act, how quickly, and how to protect the sacredness of what’s being built.

I often say: “Do not mistake my kindness for weakness.”
I will always lead with compassion, but I have no problem flipping the switch when something needs to be released. And when I do, it’s final.

True leadership is intuitive.
It’s about drawing in people who are aligned in frequency—not identical, but united in heart. I lead by example, by listening, and by holding a clear and unwavering standard.
17. What qualities are you cultivating in yourself as a woman and a leader?

The qualities I’m cultivating as a woman leader have come from lived experience—especially the contrast between how I led in Australia, in comparison to how I choose to lead now.

In Australia, I led from perfectionism. I was operating in a highly regulated, male-dominated food industry where there were rules around the rules—and I became very good at running a tight ship. But I led from control. Mistakes weren’t tolerated for long. I burnt out, because everything was about keeping the outer world perfect, while my inner world was collapsing.

When I came to Bali, I made a promise to myself—and to God—that I would not lead that way again. Instead I chose to lead from my softness. From my femininity.
It isn’t always easy, especially in a culture where having a woman boss isn’t really the norm. But I held steady. Because I knew that trust would come with consistency.

Leadership isn’t something you’re given—it’s something you earn.
And in my case, often without even speaking the language. It’s been energetic. In the beginning my team watched me cautiously. But over time they saw that I paid my bills, paid my taxes, followed the laws and that I honoured my word. That I treated people with care but also upheld clear standards. My Yeses are Yes… and my no’s are no.

Those are the qualities I’m endeavouring to cultivate now:
Softness with strength. Clarity with compassion. Vision with integrity.
Not performance—but presence.
18. What message would you like to share with other women walking their own path?

Before you can lead others, you have to be willing to lead yourself.
That means doing the inner work. Looking at the parts of you that feel unworthy, unchosen, not enough—and learning to hold them with love.

Because if we’re leading out of brokenness, we’re not actually leading. We’re just performing.
And when your inner world is in chaos, your intuition isn’t clear. You can’t hear the guidance that’s trying to reach you.

I built everything—Heart Space, Flourish, this whole life—through intuition. Through surrender.
Not because I had it all together.
There were moments I was messy, uncertain, even lost. But I let those moments shape me instead of shame me.

I don’t pretend to be perfect. I never will. Because real leadership isn’t about appearing untouchable—it’s about being real enough that others feel safe to grow beside you.

So if I could say anything to another woman walking her path, it’s this:
  • Start walking, even with shaky legs.
  • The path will meet you.
  • Believe in yourself…
  • Believe in your vision… Never give up!
  • No matter how hard it may sometimes feel…
19. What keeps you grounded? How do you navigate through uncertainty or moments of doubt?

What keeps me grounded is remembering that I’m human—and never forgetting where I came from. There was a time I didn’t believe in myself, when I felt lost, unseen, and disconnected. That experience gave me depth, compassion, and the strength to lead from something real. When I face uncertainty or doubt, I pray.

I reconnect. I align with Source, with the Creator, with the presence of God that I know.

It’s not always words—it’s a feeling, a connection, a knowing, a remembering. A very high, unconditional, golden light remembering.

And when I sit in that, I feel fulfilment. The guidance comes. The intuition returns.
BALI AS A SACRED ACTIVATOR

20. How has Bali influenced your worldview, your spiritual practice, and your lifestyle?

Bali didn’t just shift my lifestyle— it recalibrated my entire being.

Before I lived here, I came to detox—to cleanse my body. But what unfolded was much deeper: a remembrance. A reconnection with the earth I’d been severed from. My whole life I had been walking in a kind of amnesia—knowing there was more, but too afraid to look beyond the systems and structures I’d been raised within. Even though my heart was always screaming out.

In a world where control is normalised through media, religion, and cultural expectation, Bali offers something radically different: a return to truth through beauty. Here in Bali, the Balinese people live through daily offerings, temple ceremony, and prayer, where they tenderly keep the veil between heaven and earth open. There are sacred places here where portals open, and you can walk straight in. You can feel it in the rice fields... the waterfalls and at the ocean’s edge.

I don’t always talk about these moments, but I know when they come—and I let myself be guided through. The sacred maintenance of energy on this island has softened me. Here, I don’t need to strive to access intuition or force myself into femininity—I simply am. I am who I was always born to be… Not trapped in performance, but anchored in presence.
21. What feels different about Bali — in terms of time, business, feminine energy?

There’s a well-known saying: “You’re not here to change Bali… Bali is here to change you!” And that couldn’t be more true! One of the first things you learn living and doing business here is patience. Time moves differently. The Balinese approach things in a way that often feels the opposite of how we do things in the West—but somehow, the result still ends up being exactly what you needed. Just not in the way you expected.

Once you stop trying to control everything, there’s a natural rhythm that begins to shape you. Nothing feels rushed or overly structured. It's more intuitive, more human.

It’s not about how much you achieve, it’s about how well you honour and ground your energy. That shift changed everything for me—not only in business, but in life.
22. Have you had any mystical or sacred experiences that deeply connected you with this land?

Many, Many, Many.
FUTURE VISION & NEXT STEPS

23. What projects or dreams are you currently bringing to life?

Right now, we’re expanding both of our brands—Heart Space Bali and Flourish Gluten-Free—to offer deeper nourishment in every sense of the word.

At Flourish, we’re refining the menu to bring more balance, clarity, and intentionality into our food. Every item remains 100% natural, gluten-free, and celiac-friendly—but we’re also adding light nutritional information, including calorie counts and macronutrient breakdowns (protein, carbohydrates, etc.). This is especially helpful for those who track their intake, such as bodybuilders, athletes, or anyone seeking conscious health alignment. We’re not moving away from the essence of our brand—just enhancing it to support more people on their wellness journey, with food that is both nourishing and practical.

At Heart Space Bali, we’re expanding our event schedule to include more evening sessions—from cacao ceremonies to gentle breathwork, restorative practices, sound healing, and nervous system rewiring. Our focus is to gently bring people back home to themselves, especially through sacred slowness and embodied presence.

We’re also deeply intentional about who we invite to teach in our space. Every facilitator must be aligned—spiritually clean, grounded, and heart-led. We’re not interested in spiritual performance or energetically chaotic methods. Our priority is purity, realness, and the frequency of truth.
24. Is there a vision or desire that you haven’t yet shared publicly, but that’s close to your heart?

There’s the vision! And then there is the vision beyond the vision!!

After becoming unwell at a young age and being told by doctors that my condition would only worsen, something deeper awakened in me. A quiet defiance. A knowing... a soul truth: that I was here to show the world a new way of healing.

It’s not about rejecting medicine—we would never tell someone to come off medication or go against professional advice. But I believe that when people are given a safe space to reconnect with their soul, to return to their essence and feel truly loved and seen, the body begins to respond. Healing unfolds from the inside out—not through pressure or perfection, but through presence, forgiveness, and softness.

My vision is to build one of the world’s most powerful healing sanctuaries here in Bali. One of authenticity and truth.

A place where those who have lost hope—or simply lost themselves—can come to remember. Not just to feel better, but to truly transform. Not through escape or performance, but through stillness, beauty, nourishment, and truth.

Some people’s healing will look like physical restoration. Others may find peace and self-acceptance in the midst of an ongoing challenge. But in every case, healing becomes real when we return to wholeness—when we reconnect with creation, with the earth, and with the divine breath of life that never left us.

This I know is my life’s work. The vision behind everything I do. And I know it will take a team of beautiful people with a similar desire to bring this into fruition. It's not something I can build alone. It always takes a united team to bring these visions to life.
25. How do you envision the New Earth, and what is your role in this collective shift?

I believe the New Earth is not a place we move to. It's a higher frequency we align with — and that frequency begins in the human heart. And we are being deeply supported through this collective shift.

Humanity is rising — but it’s a dual movement. On one hand we are awakening. However, on the other hand, we are also facing a global crisis of disconnection... because the human race has forgotten who we truly are.

When we lose touch with compassion, we have lost our anchor. And until we are able to realign our inner frequency, the outer world will continue to reflect instability.

Within this I see AI as a gift to humanity... When used consciously by individuals aligned with heart and spirit,I believe it holds the exceptional ability to help us learn how to communicate effectively, organise, reflect, and evolve.

AI is not God. It is not creation. But is a very powerful tool. And if I may be honest — humanity does need support from a higher dimension to assist us in our ascension. The real shift is spiritual. It’s about reactivating the inner technology we were born with — our intuition, remembrance, nervous system recalibration, and the clarity to reconnect with ourselves.

We were all designed with a blueprint for unconditional love and peace. Within that blueprint are geometric codes — sacred patterns we’ve simply forgotten how to access… but they are waiting to be reactivated.

At Heart Space Bali, I hold the vision of a place where people can return to themselves, reactivate, and connect with their spirit and soul —by gently clearing the blockages that prevent one from having inner peace.

Healing doesn’t come through performance. It comes through gentleness, love, safety, and remembrance. Divine structure is embedded in all of us. It’s not ancient. It’s original. It’s sacred. It has simply been forgotten and hidden from us.

I intuitively believe that my role in the New Earth is to hold resonance, safety, and truth — so people feel secure enough to reactivate and come home to themselves... not in theory, but in frequency, embodiment, and presence.

The New Earth isn’t an escape. It’s a return… A return to who we truly are — a return to the loving divine intelligence that created us.
26. If you could speak to a woman standing on the edge of transformation, what would you say to her?

I would say to a woman standing on the edge of transformation:
Be brave... And be gentle with yourself, taking the time to go within. Everything you need to know is already encoded within you… The kingdom of heaven is within you. Spirit will guide — but you must be the one to initiate the first step forward. Be willing to question what you’ve been taught by society and its structures — because much of what we’ve been told was designed to keep us small. However your inner being, your soul, your body — your divine technology — knows that there is so much more. Transformation is not about becoming someone new. It’s about remembering who you truly are.
27. What does true success mean to you?

To me, true success is living a life of inner love and happiness — a quiet, steady joy that flows from within. Being content within myself and my family, grounded in peace, connected with Spirit and walking through life with clarity and purpose. Success isn’t about how it looks from the outside. It’s about how I feel on the inside. Allowing my inner world and my vision to keep expanding — and continuing to build the dream that has been divinely placed within me.
28. Is there a ritual, practice, or phrase that you return to daily?

I return to prayer and meditation every day, first thing in the morning when I wake up whilst enjoying my coffee. These are the anchors of my inner world — where I reconnect with peace, receive guidance, and realign my energy.

I also love to move my body through Pilates and Yin Yoga, which helps me stay grounded and clear. I have a Pilates reformer at home, and these practices keep my body strong, along with having music playing that inspires my heart.

The phrase I return to daily is: ‘I am always in the right place at the right time… Holy Angels of protection to the north, the south, the east, and the west — guiding over me and my family.’

This diminishes any fear, anxiety or overwhelm and makes me feel that I am always protected and safe.
29. Where do you draw your inspiration from?

My inspiration comes from God... from the golden realms of creation… from the quiet stillness I enter through meditation and prayer.

I don’t force ideas, sometimes I ask questions and overtime I receive the answers. Not audible answers, but the answers are shown over time through my heart. When I take the time to truly align myself, the inspiration flows through naturally — and from there, I act and begin to create.
30. If you could transmit one energy or feeling through the pages of this magazine — what would it be?

‘Hope’…

Because even the smallest seed of hope can spark transformation. It’s not about luck — it’s about faith.

There were moments in my life where all I had was a quiet hope, and somehow, that was enough. That seed became light. And that light became the life I live now.
